KOTRONI / THE CABIN Located outside Exochori village, at an elevation of 490m, on the slopes of Taygetos Mountain, our cabin is the perfect remote hideaway. The space Designed and custom-made by our team, with wood, straw panels & stones, "Kotroni" offers our guests a tranquil place to rest, enjoying nature whilst disconnecting from the urban jungle. Although small (30 m2) it’s big on comfort without any dispensable luxury. The house features whatever you need such as drinkable water, electricity, a basic kitchen, a mini toilet, a hot shower, a COCO-MAT Atlas mattress in the attic, a sofa, a desk & a balcony with sea and mountain views. More than anything else, staying in "Kotroni" is an experience. Unplug from the city hustle and clear your mind. Explore the hiking trails of the area or, why not, rediscover the pleasure of doing nothing. Other things to note - The cabin is accessible by a 300 meters dirt road. It is best if guests have a high profile two-wheel drive vehicle. - Self check-in with lockbox. We provide the lock code to you the morning of your check in date. This makes check in and check out easy, so you don’t have to wait on anyone. All your belongings are secure in the cabin, but be aware that standard nature safety is up to you. - Please contact us to chat about coming to the cabin. - Guests have access to the surrounding property. - Our kitchen has a sink (with drinkable water), mini-refrigerator, ceramic stove, salt, pepper and olive oil. - Cooking utensils, bedding, towels and toilet paper are all supplied. - Must climb stairs to attic bedroom. - Guests need to respect and appreciate the nature with its attendant dangers like small animals, insects, narrow trails, etc. - Do not leave bags of trash outside of the house. - Exochori has 2-3 café-restaurants but no shops - the nearest shops and super markets are in Kardamili, 9kms from the house.
