Cozy, modern apartment in the center of the city 75 sq.mtrs, suitable for 4 guests.On the 4th floor(there’s an elevator). Peaceful and safe location ,with one parking space. Equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay for our guests. Couple of minutes to Diamond Mall and Gourmet street and very close to the main square and all the cafes, restaurants and shops in the center. Info and recommendations about the best places to eat, drink and shop provided. The space Living room Bright and spacious living room, 36 sq. meters with an access to the balcony. Fully equipped with modern furnishing, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and cable . In the room there is a dining room suitable for 6 people as well. Bedrooms The apartment has two enjoyable bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Bed linens, pillows and towels provided. Guests can freely use the closets, drawers and hangers in the apartment. An Iron and ironing board also included. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchenette with all of the needed utensils, plates, cups, glasses, pans, etc. There is a fridge (with a freezer too), stove and a dishwasher. Guests could also use the coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bonus coffee and tea to wake up in the morning. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One with a brand new, modern shower and the other one with a comfy bath. In one of them there is a washing machine and a hairdryer. Soap and shampoo also provided. Balcony Guest access All rooms are accessable. The guests can freely use everyrhing that is in the apartment(including drawers,cupboards,hangers,appliances etc) Other things to note I can help guests get a ride from the airport to the apartment and vice versa
