The space The house is on three levels and has: - On the ground floor: an entrance, 1 small bedroom with a 90 cm bed and 1 toilet - On the first floor: a main room of 30 m2, lit by mullioned windows, furnished as a living room, dining area and lounge, equipped with a flat-screen TV and Internet access, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub (shower column) and washing machine. - On the second floor: a large attic bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an adjoining toilet. Air conditioning installed (cost according to consumption). This house has a beautiful view of the Lot Valley and, from the kitchen, of the small garden and the village. Part of the ground floor is occupied by an arts and crafts store but the rental space is completely independent of the store. The entrances are separated.
