This central and cozy 45 m2 apartment is located in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapies in Madrid. Located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods of Madrid, it is perfect to visit the city on foot and enjoy the Spanish gastronomy thanks to the many bars and restaurants. With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment is divided into: - an open living area with sofa and TV - an open area to the living room with kitchen equipped with an island as dining area - 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds of size 150x200, which we recommend the apartment for couples and adults. *The doors of the bedrooms are folding doors to save space. - a large bathroom equipped with shower. The apartment is interior, the windows overlook the inner courtyard of the building so it may not be very bright but it allows to reduce the outside noise of the city. It's a very warm and cozy space ideal for any kind of stay. If necessary, I can provide a cot for your baby. However, as this is an external service, there is an extra charge of 30 euros to be paid on arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. In the property, there is available heating through radiators in the whole house. There is an elevator but it is very small, the apartment is on the first floor. Other things to note When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you at the flat once you have checked in. Free check-ins take place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-ins made after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-ins made after 21:00h and up to 23:00h will have a surcharge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self-check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. For the self-check-in we have the option to pick up the keys at a nearby establishment located 10 minutes away. If due to circumstances beyond my control (delay in your flight, etc.), you arrive after 23:00h, there is no possibility of self-check-in and the check-in must be in person and in this case you will have to pay 35€ at the time of delivery of the keys. We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and you can check availability after that time. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, with special care in the summer months. There are bins on each floor of the building for this purpose. Leave the house tidy before your departure. Failure to provide this will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. ACCORDING TO SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO HAND IN THEIR IDENTIFICATION (ID CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL ALLOW US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION TO THE GUEST.
