This is a double bedroom in our large Edwardian family house in the popular Avenues area of Hull. The room has a desk work space and seating area, and opens on to the extensive and well-kept garden. You have use of a shared bathroom with bath/shower and kitchen facilities. The space The house is located in the popular Avenues area of Hull, famed for its tree lined streets and beautiful individual Edwardian properties. Pearson Park is a 5 minute walk from the house and there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants located on the adjacent Princes Avenue and Newland Avenue, all within 10 minutes on foot. Both the city centre and university are short bus rides away. Guest access You will have access to our comfortable lounge with TV, dining room and kitchen and have use of the cooker, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and airer are available. You have access to our garden. During your stay Mel lives at the house and will be available much of the time to help you during your stay. Other things to note Please note that, due to the energy crisis, this property is not heated during the day and will feel colder than other smaller, better insulated properties. It is not suitable for those choosing to work from home.
