A stylishly converted annex within the courtyard of our own eco house, in a leafy-conservation area of SW Sheffield; spitting distance of the Peak District yet close to the university, hospital and city centre. Accessed by a private cobbled drive. Pets welcome. The space The Studio is a delightful detached space, completely independent from the owners' house next door. Open plan living/dining/fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms - one with king size bed and large walk-in-wardrobe and the other with bunk beds, hot water and heating. Also small shower room, patio area, and off-road parking for one car (also plenty of nearby on-road parking). We'll provide your first morning's breakfast of free-range eggs, bread, tea 'n stuff.
