Quiet House near the Clwydian Hills . Daybed

My place is located in Llanbedr DC, close to Ruthin .On a quiet lane approximately a mile and a half from the lovely town of Ruthin and on the edge of the Clwydian Hills ideal for those who love ,walking, exploring and the Offa's Dyke path . Restaurants /pubs -within easy distance of Mold, Wrexham, Llangollen ,Chester and the coast . Longer stays welcome , we can discuss reduced rates for longer stays . Ideal for Vegans guests, I offer non-dairy milk , spreads and non-animal products. The space The house is located in a quiet area on a private lane at the foot of the Clwydian Hills. This room is spacious with a full-single bed sized daybed and can double as a small bedsit for anyone who wants peace to study/work in peace. There is a desk which doubles as a dressing table .It's an upside down house with lovely views and guests can also relax in a sitting room upstairs . There is a large table in the dining area for eating/working . I don't provide breakfast but visitors are very welcome to use bread, spreads, cereals and jams. Vegans guests are very welcome and will not have to share a fridge space. I'm an archaeologist with a very good knowledge of the area and can help recommend sites to visit and lovely walks . This is a family home with some work going on but is very welcoming and comfortable and all guests are very welcome ! Contractors and longer stays welcome Guest access The house is spacious and guests have use of a sitting room and dining area with a large table, ideal for working upon I respect privacy and am very happy for guests to have sole use of one sitting room and dining area. During your stay I am very happy to share local knowledge and suggest outings and walks I respect the fact guests like their space but am on hand if needed Other things to note Vegan guests are welcome. I provide non-dairy products in a meat free fridge and toiletries are cruelty free.
