Country house Cozzena - Refosco Apartment

Just open the door that overlooks the courtyard to go back in time, breathe the authenticity of a bucolic and familiar past. The Refosco apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has access to the internal courtyard, where you can relax at sunset and enjoy a glass of wine from our cellar. Near the house you will find ample free parking. The house is located in Maslianico, a few kilometers from Switzerland, Cernobbio and Como. The space The apartment of about 75 square meters is a large three-room apartment on the first floor. It consists of a large and bright living room with a seating area equipped with a sofa and TV, and a dining area with a table and kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and in one there is also a single bed. After the renovation, we wanted to keep the ceilings with exposed beams. The house offers free wifi and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note The courtyard is shared by the two apartments, so there may be other guests.
