Our cottage is based on Glan Gwna holiday park on the edge of Snowdonia, near Caernarfon. The park is tastefully laid out with a fishing lake, woodland walks and the River Seiont meandering its way through. There is an onsite cafe, shop, poolside bar and play area. The pool is open from end of May to Sept, A great base to explore Snowdonia and Anglesey. The space The holiday home is equipped with oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. There is a breakfast bar and an outside decking area with patio table and chairs. The bathroom is downstairs with a bath and shower The lounge has 2 comfy sofas with freeview tv and DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms, a double, twin and a single. Bedding will be provided, towels are not. Rooms are heated via gas central heating and can be topped up with electric heaters, electric cards can be bought onsite at the bar, shop or cafe. Please pay for what you use. Other things to note Check in is after 1600 and check out by 1100 This is a smoke free holiday home. Hot water via immersion heater. We are pet friendly but please do not allow pets on furniture. The site has WIFI but the signal can be poor at the cottage but is generally ok at the poolside bar. There is a washing machine and dryer available on the park. Fishing: Glan Gwna has its own coarse fishing lake and the river Seiont flows through the parl. Anglers can enjoy carp, trout and salmon fishing within the park itself. Glan Gwna has a second private fishing lake at nearby Pentir with the opportunity to fish for carp, rudd, bream and roach. Daily permits can be purchased in reception, rod licence required.
