Vogue 23 is a family-sized boutique property. This booking option allows you to rent the entire property exclusively including all 6 stylish rooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 outdoor pool, 5 backyard parking spaces, and all other public areas. All rooms are with private toilets, bathrooms, and free wifi. The entire 6 rooms could comfortably host up to 16 people (Max. capacity). The price listed above is for the property rental only without service personnel, meals, and daily cleaning services. The space The entire property is newly renovated (in 2019) from a stylish French Villa Residence including a garden and swimming pool, the approximate total lot size of 1200 m². All rooms are detailed in the modern-retro design concept. The floor plan is specially engineered for accommodating all-purpose individual guests, small groups, or classy family events. It includes one service kitchen connecting with the lobby. Guest access Guests could utilize the entire property including guest-rooms, common pubic areas (lobby, sofa area, swimming pool, garden, BBQ section etc) except service and equipment rooms on the basement floor (marked as 'private'). Other things to note ADDITION COST SERVICES (30 days advanced reservation, or payment is required depending on the service items) At an additional cost, we could also provide the following services to take your event to the next level: 1) Event Brunch/Diner Catering with chef, and service personnel. We provide the cutlery and all service items. (Min.14 days booking in advance is required) 2) Event BBQ with grill-chef, and service personnel. We provide the cutlery and service items. (Min.14 days booking in advance is required) 3) Renting to you our full event equipment and service items so you could make a more professional self-cook or self-prepared food, and self-serviced dinner event. 4) Additional timely property cleaning service (daily/weekly/every 2 days etc...) 5) Beverage pre-setup before your group arrival including beers, wine, sparking, pop-soda, tonics, waters, and liquor. So you start the party right away. 6) Grocery shopping and set up before your group arrival based on your shopping list 7) Decorate your private event based on your requirement 8) Live music band (new age, smooth jazz, vocal).
