Peaceful Beach townhome in quiet neighborhood.

Tranquil and serene, this elegant home is located seconds from the beautiful beaches of Tybee and minutes away from great food and bars. The Duplex is on the north end of the island which is not as busy and beaches are a bit less crowded. Three bedroom two bath condo will fit family and friends comfortably, and the close proximity to the beach will provide the perfect retreat. The space Primary bedroom has a king bed with views of the water. and a private Balcony. Our 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own door to shared bathroom. Lastly the third bedroom has a Queen Bed and its right across the hall from the bathroom! All rooms have ample closet space and we provide hangers. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, and we have plenty of beach chairs, towels, sand toys and even sunscreen in case you forget! Please note our house is new to air bnb, we look forward to hosting so many awesome families and friends! Since the house is new to air bnb we do not have many reviews yet but check back soon! Our beach house is fully equipped with pack n play, high chair, stroller, children plates and forks, games, books and toys! We will also make sure to baby proof the house before you check in including; baby gates, outlet protectors and adding locks on cabinets that have cleaning products. Tybee Island is very strict about protecting the wildlife, they have enforced a strict no removing wildlife from the water including starfish and sand dollars! There is a $300 fine for each creature you remove from the ocean, we don’t want you getting in trouble but they have plenty of those things at the souvenir store!
