There is a cycle path adjacent to the rear of the property with easy access to Wells. If walking is more your forte take the dogs in tow to explore the beautiful pathways through the woodland and forest within 2minutes walk. Golfing is but a fairway away, clubhouse is 5minutes to the door. Guest access Rear patio is fenced to keep the little ones safe, pets can be secured here if preferable also. With a south facing rear garden, bbqs are a must whilst on holiday, bbq hire available on request as is a bicycle hire, kennels for pets and private hire taxi to all the attractions locally. Other things to note The Wells Market is held on Wednesday and Saturday, the city comes alive on these 2 days and is a hive of activity and a sight to behold as its set in our beautiful market place. There are many festivals in the city throughout the year, food, literary and comedy to name but a few. The world heritage city of Bath is less than an hours drive away with regular buses leaving from a bus stop within 3minutes walk. The National Trust’s Stourhead House & garden, Longleath Safari Park and House are both must sees locally, as well as Cheddar gorge and caves. Wells is situated at the foot of the Mendip hills which are an "area of outstanding natural beauty" with ample walks, views over the Somerset levels and Glastonbury Tor.
