Double room with balcony, bedroom with bunk bed and living room with sofa bed to spend a relaxing stay in the capital. Bathroom with spacious shower, full kitchen available. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, with disabled access. The condominium is very well maintained and quiet, and the concierge is present during the day. In the apartment you will find all the amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, smart TV, wifi, oven, microwave, coffee machine in pods, toaster, etc... all available to guests. At the reception, you will receive all the information you need to spend an unforgettable vacation in the eternal city. The apartment is renovated and cared for in many details, it has good brightness despite being a ground floor, having the views to the southeast, the solid wood parquet floor will give that touch of freshness to your stay in the house. Air conditioners are present in all rooms, and the heating is centralized but adjustable. You will have a safe, a welcome kit for breakfast, coffee and bathroom. A large walk-in closet with an open wardrobe is also available for guests to use. There are 7 beds available in all plus a folding bed for a child up to 4 years old. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and all the furnishings and appliances, always respecting the rooms and things. Upon arrival, you will find a complete set of linens (sheets and towels) and welcome kits for breakfast, cooking, washing, etc. You will have the entire kitchen at your disposal, equipped with cutlery, pots, pans and glasses of all kinds. Other things to note For stays longer than four days, an additional change of bath linens will be provided every four nights and a change of bed linens every 7 nights. Guests will be responsible for changing the sheets. If, on the other hand, you need cleaning/change of linen during your stay (for a fee), I will provide you with information and you can arrange it with Michela at the time of check-in.
