Newly renovated 4 bedroom house, one en-suite shower & a large family bathroom upstairs, study room with single bedroom downstairs. South facing private patio. Log burner, underfloor heating downstairs and in the bathrooms, 5 minutes from Babington House and the Talbot Inn in Mells. Frome only 6 miles away. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies. The space The 3 bedrooms upstairs are all double beds. There's a single room downstairs with a loo and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer and washing machine. There is on street parking but we can't guarantee parking right outside the house. Guest access There is on street parking but obviously can't be guaranteed to be outside the front door. Other things to note No Breakfast provided. The property is not suitable for babies as we do not have any equipment such as cot, high chair or garden. There is often street parking right outside, but this cannot be guaranteed. The house is non smoking. No hen or stag groups. Please respect the neighbours with the noise level. Key code access.
