The Anderl house is located right next to the ski slope ski-in/ski-out. You start at the house and at the end of your ski day you go from the slopes directly to the house. In summer they can start directly from the house to beautiful hikes. A few minutes' walk from the house, there are some well-maintained and cozy restaurants. The space Our apartment "Selbhorn" (51 m²) consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm 1 living room with sofa, kitchenette with dining area, Sleeping loft with low ceiling height above the living room (2 beds 90 x 180 cm) 1 bathroom with shower and toilet Rooftop terrace with furniture The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Guest access In our vacation apartment, you must bring your own bedding and towels. The swimming pool and sauna may only be used for rental periods of 30 days or more. The ski storage room is available for your skis in winter. The parking is free. The swimming pool and sauna are closed from November 5th November to December 5th! Other things to note The rental is for a limited period of a maximum of 180 days in accordance with the provisions of §1 para. 2 Z3 or §1 para. 2 Z4 of the Austrian Tenancy Law. The use of the apartment according to the above legal requirement is expressly confirmed by the tenant upon completion of the booking. The other provisions of the Austrian rental law shall therefore not apply. The swimming pool and sauna may only be used for stays of 30 days or more.
