Description

Newly renovated apartment, very spacious and stylish. Central located just 10 minutes walk in to the City Centre. 2 minutes walk to the norwich Train station. Close to the main carriageway with easy access to the coast. A perfect mix of the original meets modern with high ceilings, double glazed sash windows and modern new features. On street parking is available. 4pm is the stated checkin time, but we often will have the apartment ready earlier, and will always get in touch when it's ready. The space based on the Ground floor of a converted victorian house, we are ideally situated for all of the great things that the city, surrounding countryside and Norfolk coast have to offer. Whatever your passion you will find it all in the nearby area. The apartment has a bath/shower & WC, please note the bathroom is at the back of the apartment through the kitchen area. Towels are provided. In the kitchen you will find tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, tall fridge/freezer as well as a full sized oven and hob if you wish to cook. There is also a washing machine clothes airer and an iron/ironing board. The accommodation can comfortably sleep 4 people. The bedroom has one double bed with 300 thread count cotton bed linen and egyptian cotton towels. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, if you require this to be setup, you will need to request this upon booking. 4k Ultra HD smart TV with Freeview in the living room This has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime video and youtube, we have also setup a TV in the dining room. There is a DVD player in the living room with a selection of dvd's. With attention to detail we are sure you will find the apartment relaxing, cosy and conveniently located. Guest access Full access to the whole apartment. keys will be provided. Other things to note Sofabed can be setup if required, but we do need to know in advance, this will also be in the welcome email so guest don't forget to request it. 2 Minutes walk to the train station, you can access easily via the end of the road and cutting down the stations alley way. If walking to the city, quickest route is to go via the train station alley way and up the Prince of Wales Road. Riverside Retailpark inc Morrisons supermarket is a 10 min walk, quickest way is to walk via the bridge the. Turn left when you leave the property, right at the end of the Road and follow the road along passed the football stadium then cross over the road and walk through the morons car park. * We are always here to discuss your needs and concerns, please never hesitate to ask.
