Fantastic seaside villa - Casa Pineta

Our beautiful villa is surrounded by greenery, overlooking the waters of the Adriatic, just 10m from the beach. It is ideal for families and offers a large fenced garden with a swimming pool where you can play safely with your children. In the villa there are 3 independent houses but they share a garden and swimming pool. Pool available from 6/1 to 9/30. Casa Pineta is adjacent to the pine forest, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all amenities. Pets are not allowed. The space The 10,000-square-meter garden makes your vacation unique. The beautiful pine forest, the large avenues with palm trees for walking, the private pool (shared only with the guests of the main house), and large protected spaces for your children to run and play are the added values that will make your stay unforgettable. The sea is 10 meters from the villa, you just have to look out if and when you want to go there. The private pool is the ideal complement and guarantees safe and private bathing. The house is equipped with all amenities: veranda, barbecue, beach umbrellas, deckchairs, hammocks, bicycles, parking spaces and much more. Free use of the laundry with all accessories is included. Guest access Guests who book through this listing will reside in the house in front of the pine forest (called Casa Pineta). Casa Pineta has all the comforts but a slightly smaller space than the Main House, in case you are NOT a single family but 2 or 3 couples of friends, we suggest for your comfort to evaluate the other listing (Fantastic villa by the sea - Main House). In the villa, as can be seen from the satellite photo, there are three independent houses. The calendar for this listing refers only to the Pineta house. If the calendar of this listing does not offer the dates you are looking for, we encourage you to view our second listing (Fantastic villa by the sea - Main House), it is identical but has a calendar that refers to the main house, in the center of the villa, which offers the same comforts and services but more interior space and a wider veranda. Finally, we remind you that the land is 10,000 square meters, and includes three houses independent of each other. The house, veranda, terrace, and barbecue are for your exclusive use, and it is a private space just for you. The garden, including the swimming pool, is shared between the guests of the 2 houses (Casa Pineta and Casa Principale). Brindisi Airport (BDS) is just a 15-minute drive away, and provides car rentals.
