Charming appartment in Flims Dorf

The village of Flims consists of two parts; the agricultural side is Flims-Dorf, with it’s barns, and charming old farmhouses, church bells ring from not too far away. Then there is Flims-Waldhaus, just over the bridge, which has it’s origions in it being a Kur-ord, which has the more up market shops and hotels, of which the most prestigious Hotel Waldhaus. The space The apartment offers a luxurious and cosy athmosphere, with a generous balcony facing south and east. The apartment is part of 3 chalets, and has use of an underground facility for car park, and shares a place to leave ski’s, there is a sauna for private use, and there is common use of a “ping-pong” room. The apartment, is situated just above the old village, Flims-Dorf, where no high-rise is allowed. Originally, Flims-Dorf was a Kurord, and has retaint all its facilities. The village and shops are 5 minutes on foot away. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. It consists of 1 double bedroom, a space in the attic for 2 adults, or more children. Also there is a pull-out double bed in the sitting room. Guest access The apartment is part of 3 chalets, and has use of an underground facility for car park, and shares a heated place to leave ski’s, there is a sauna for private use, and there is common use of a “ping-pong” room. You are welcome to use the laundry machine and the dryer in the basement. There is a separate room (heated) for your skis, snowboards and boots.
