Welcome to hire our villa in cozy Utby! The area is very child-friendly and several playgrounds are available, the closest about 50 m away. Proximity to nature (Utbybergen, a climbing paradise). Only a short walk away is Kviberg football fields (central location for Gothia cup). The villa is surrounded by a big garden and is set on a quiet dead-end street. It is about 180 m2, has one large living room and three bedrooms on the ground floor as well as another bedroom and living room in basement. Parking space for 2 cars. The space There is a possibility to borrow a crib and/or extra mattresses for additional sleeping places. Cleaning is not included in the price. The house should be left in the same condition as when checking in. Cleaning materials are available.
