Welcome to rent our villa in cozy Utby! The area is very child-friendly and there are several playgrounds, the nearest about 50 meters away. Proximity to nature (Utbybergen, a climbing paradise). Only a short walk away are Kviberg's soccer fields (central location for Gothia Cup). The villa is surrounded by a large garden and is located on a quiet dead-end street. It is about 180 m2, has a large living room and three bedrooms on the ground floor as well as an additional bedroom and living room in the basement. Parking space for 2 cars. The space There is a possibility to borrow a crib and/or extra mattresses for additional sleeping places. Cleaning is not included in the price. The house should be left in the same condition as when checking in. Cleaning materials are available.
