This superb eight-bedroom villa is located on the Silver Coast of Portugal. A place to share with family or friends to rest, recharge and have fun by the sea! The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen blends a modernist minimalism and high-end appliances. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and/or tub. Daily housekeeping will make your stay pleasant. Villa Refúgio Dourado is just five minutes on foot from the beach of Torreira and minutes from the river. The space Each of the 8 bedroom suites are superbly decorated and furnished, all with generous ensuite bathrooms some with private balconies or terrace access. There are two king suites and six queens size bedrooms. The house has a maximum capacity of 22 people: from the 16th guest a charge of 40 € / person / night is applied, which can be charged additionally through a special offer or the resolution center. These are ideal arrangements for families and destination wedding guests. The entertainment spaces are absolutely phenomenal. There's a theater family room with HD TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime streaming services. We have a HUGE Chef's kitchen. The living space and dining room of the main villa are so warm and welcoming. Take in the Portuguese vibes from gorgeous outdoor living areas with lounging and dining areas, a Green EGG barbecue and an OFYR. After sunset, continue the games indoors over the foosbal table or Pool table or unwind with the help of the sound system and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have the entire house and backyard garden to themselves. The pool is a shared space with the condominium but it's always very quiet and peaceful so all guests have maximum privacy. We travel extensively and know what we are looking for in a stay and hope to provide our guests with comfy bedding, good quality towels and linens and all the necessities you would need while on vacation. If there is anything special that you need to make your stay comfortable, please don't hesitate to ask. Upon arrival we will welcome you and give you the keys and a tour around the house. The Refúgio Dourado Villa is an ideal place for families, groups of friends. Family reunions, girls weekends or yoga/meditation retreats would be the perfect occasions at the villa. We do not allow any large or loud parties. Small get togethers can be approved with prior discussions. FREE bicycles available. Also for children! VESPA scooters available for rent. We love pets but unfortunately they are not welcome on the property. Please do not bring any pets during your stay, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The cleaning fee provides you with a clean, safe and sanitary living space and allows for property maintenance, gardener, appliances, toiletries, blow dryer, coffee machine, cooking utensils and public utilities (water/power/gas). Extra cleaning or housekeeping can be arranged upon request! The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night. We have an abundance of street parking outside that is always available. No smoking inside the house.
