Large town house, 10 mins walk to city centre. Renovated to a high standard. Two adjacent ensuite bedrooms. One double with queen sized bed and one twin with two single beds (can be turned into a double). Additional two double bedrooms. Plenty of free off road parking. Large sitting room with open fire and pool room if you want to relax/watch TV. Huge kitchen with large dining table and table football. Cot bed available. Hot tub hire for extra cost. The space The rooms are large and light and are perfect for friends, relatives, children or couples as they are next door to each other. On the first floor there is a king room and an adjacent room with two single beds that can be made into a double. Both have ensuite shower rooms that are newly fitted with a large powerful showers. The third and fourth bedrooms are doubles and share a family bathroom with large shower and separate bath. Guests have sole use of all living spaces including spacious lounge with open fire, pool room and large family kitchen with table that seats 10. The house, which was originally built in 1886, is newly refurbished. It retains all original features but with modern comforts like underfloor heating. Guest access Guests have access to their ensuite rooms as well as use of a large private lounge and a pool room. You have full access to the kitchen and cooking facilities. There is also a large garden with seating and BBQ. A LazySpa hot tub can be hired for an extra fee. Please ask on booking. There is plenty of free off street parking available. Other things to note Perfect house to enjoy time with friends/family. Open fire, pool table, large dining table in modern kitchen. Two TV’s! Netflix. Lots of toys for any young children, trampoline in the garden and a travel cot if needed. Sorry no stag or hen parties. One dog allowed for an additional £40 fee.
