Apartment with a balcony and a great view! Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house. The space -A one-bedroom apartment with its entrance on the second floor through a shared hallway with the two other apartments in the house. – The apartment can host two people. – The bedroom has a queen-size bed (2 x 1.6m) with sateen bed sheets, a wardrobe, and a beautiful bay view. – A fully equipped kitchen with a traditional oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, and basic kitchenware, like pots and pans, is also provided. – Small dining area with table and chairs. Living area with sofas, coffee table, LCD TV, Cable TV, and air conditioning. – A bathroom with a shower, towels, and basic toiletries is provided. – Other amenities: Two internet networks, Wi-Fi, washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, iron + ironing board. Please note that the washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room shared by two other apartments.
