A feel-good home for the whole family :D

The house for up to 13 people is conveniently located in the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park, in the officially oversized geographical center of the European Union of 25 states. In the immediate vicinity are several certified hiking trails over wide fields and deep forests, along decelerating streams. Tourist centers such as Koblenz/Rhine can be reached in just 30 minutes or in 3 minutes on highway 3 in the middle between Cologne and Frankfurt. The space The apartment offers all the amenities of a complete household and is therefore furnished for entire families. You can borrow anything you need from us next door or simply buy it at any of the usual supermarkets within 6 km. Please keep in mind that this property is a farmhouse that is over 100 years old. It was once home to livestock and fruit crops, among other things, and after the adjacent barn was demolished, it was transformed by hand, with great effort and hardship, into a passable, clean residential home. Therefore, you should not be surprised by otherwise unusual steps, sloping ceilings and walls, or seemingly random beams in the middle of the room. The fact that some of the wood here squeaks and creaks over time only speaks to its quality, since nowadays, common building materials hardly last that long and would break right away ;) Therefore: we don't offer luxury, but you shouldn't expect that at these prices either. If you can't handle life's small challenges on your own or if you're not frugal, please switch to a hotel with 24-hour service at the appropriate cost before there is great disappointment on both sides due to unfulfilled expectations. In any case, we are doing our very best as unskilled non-restaurateurs to create a passable temporary home for lovely people, and we hope you understand its imperfections! Thank you. Guest access Main access via the outside staircase to the 2nd floor. There is a living room with 2 double sofa beds, a daisy room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, and a double sofa bed. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with a pull-out table, there is a small bathroom with a bathtub and integrated shower, a sink and a toilet. The attic with the blue bathroom is only available to larger groups. There is also a Rose Room with a double bed and a Tulip Room with a double bed and a single bed. In total, we therefore provide 13 sleeping places in 4 rooms. Other things to note Many attractions of various kinds enchant the surroundings. There are at least 6 hiking trails with certification. A fashion outlet center with an ICE train station leaves nothing to be desired approx. 20 km away in Montabaur.
