Villa Los Pinos has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, separate fully equipped kitchen, wifi, large terraces, BBQ, air conditioning in all rooms and living room, fireplace, pellet cooker, parking for 5 cars. The house offers a heated swimming pool, (on request at a cost of 190€ per week), available from 01 April to 15 November. We accept 1 pet (on request) at a cost of 50€ per week. The space You can enjoy a large living room with fireplace, pellet cooker. The house has air-conditioning in all rooms and in the living room (for a fee). There are large terraces with a beautiful view of the valley. If you want to work from the house we have a good WIFI and we make a price per month. Guest access The villa, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are only for the guest and his group. Other things to note One dog is allowed with an additional non-refundable payment. Please ask for details. There is a refundable cleaning deposit of 300 Euros, payable on arrival. The person making the booking must be 25 years or older. No events/parties are allowed in this house. The heated pool is open from 1st April to 15th November. Air conditioning cost: 30 Euros per week is included in the price, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 Euro per 1 hour depending on the temperature you set. Please note that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only. Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) are plus electricity and pellets for the pellet stove, if you wish to use this.
