The space Ground floor has a large lounge with comfortable sofas and an open fire with first basket of logs included ( more available locally) . Tv with free view and DVD player and a collection of dvds . Large dinning room, kitchen and separate utility room with second fridge and freezer , washing machine and drying line. First floor twin room en-suite with roll out bed ( which can make this room a triple on request) with a tv and DVD player. Double room with tv and DVD player . Family shower room. Second floor kingsize zip and link bed ( can be a twin on request ) sofa bed ( makes a 4ft bed) tv and DVD player , en suite bathroom . High chair and travel cot with a proper mattress available also small selection of toys . Wi-fi included Outside space , there is a paved patio at the front of the house with tables and seating to enjoy the afternoon sun with a glass of wine and watch the world go by . We live in a barn at the back of the property, we can meet you on arrival and show you around or we also have a key box if you prefer self check in , but we are available if you need anything . Guest access Plane tree house is a town centre property, so there is no back garden , but there is a patio area at the front of the house with tables and seating where you can enjoy a glass of wine or two and watch the world go by.
