Lodge 51 is a traditional two-storey wooden self catering lodge situated at Barend Holiday Village. This property comfortably sleeps 8 in three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one open plan room with four single beds. Lodge 51 boasts a a spacious open plan living-dining area and kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies with furniture. Close to the amenities, Lodge 51 is a great choice if you don't want to walk too far. The space GROUND FLOOR Hallway With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Living & Dining Area The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, Freeview TV, this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted and boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather! The private balcony with seating is accessed via doors from the living area. Kitchen A fully-equipped kitchen with: Gas hob and electric oven, large free-standing fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided. The kitchen maintains the original footprint for those who prefer to keep the kitchen and living areas more separated. Double Bedroom A double bed, dressed in quality bedding awaits. With bedside lighting, easy-access charging points, bedside cupboards, wardrobe space and a dressing table with stool there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep. Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard. This bedroom has integrated window blinds and black out lined curtains. Bathroom The main bathroom features a shower over the bath, toilet with soft-close lid and hand wash basin. Attention to detail includes a large towel rail, mirror, ample cupboard space for toiletries on shelf, integrated window blind, glass shower screen, an extractor fan and wet-wall throughout. FIRST FLOOR Quad Bedroom : The stairs open directly into the open plan room. This spacious room comfortably sleeps 4 people in single beds. Each bed has access to a bedside cabinet and lamp. This room has its own personal balcony, offering fantastic views of the park. The open plan room offers black out curtains. Front bedroom A double bed, dressed in quality bedding awaits. This bedroom is accessed via the open plan room and features a double bed with ensuite WC. This bedroom benefits from wardrobe space, a dressing table with stool and mirror, easily accessed plug sockets, integrated window blinds and blackout curtains. Guest access Guests have sole access to the whole property.
