It has an area of 160m2 useful, with all kinds of amenities to enjoy with family or friends from a weekend, business trips, long stay or a good vacation. Very spacious, bright, quiet and surrounded by grove. Garden area with barbecue, swings, sandbox, trampoline, swimming pool, etc. The space The construction has a useful dimension of 160m2, built in 2020 and consists of the following rooms : - Dining room with integrated kitchen 100m2 - Terrace 16m2 - Double room 10m2 with 150x200 bed - Extra room 25m2 with 3 beds of 90x190 - Full bathroom 6m2 Very spacious, quiet, bright and comfortable space. Internet connection with maximum market speed (Fiber 600). Everything is built and furnished with premium materials. Guest access Swimming pool(May/October),garden, sandbox, orchard, swings, barbecue barbecue, trampoline. On the lower floor there is another house in which my daughter and I usually live, both houses are not connected to each other and are completely independent. When we have guests staying it is quite likely that we are out of travel, leaving all common facilities for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note - We have home delivery service for: breakfasts, meals, snacks, dinners, pharmacy, package delivery, transportation, taxi, etc. On mobile apps: (Uber Eats) and (Glovo) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Reservations are not accepted for children under 30 years old. - No parties with loud music, yelling, etc after 12:00 AM, having to respect the neighbors' hours of rest, it is a very quiet place and we all want it to continue like this. - No smoking inside the house, leaving the terrace and the garden of the house for this purpose. - Guests must leave the kitchenware they use clean. - Before leaving the house, garbage bags must be deposited in the street containers.
