Kennedon Caravan is located in a sunny spot on Kennedon Farm. We are not a working farm, so there are no farm animals here.We are in an Area of Outstanding Beauty within the South Hams district of Devon. Kennedon Caravan is ideally placed offering access to all aspects of its surrounding areas. Including some of Devons most beautiful Blue Flag Beaches. Also with easy reach of Dartmoor, via Ivybridge. The quiet location offers an escape from the crowds, a 5 minute drive to any amenities The space Our hot airHeating and Fully Double Glazed Caravan offers comfortable living throughout the year. Gas Hob, Fitted White goods, Utility Shed, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Condiments. Guest access There is a fenced in garden for the caravan ,also a large green space with a park directly opposite with tables and chairs Horses may be in the big barn which guests are allowed to visit with our permission and field walking if there aren’t sheep in that particular field Other things to note We are not at Pennymoor campsite ,you are the only caravan on our site Any amenities are a 5 minute drive from us We have 2 very friendly dogs so you will need to be dog friendly as they are out and about a lot and you will definitely see them from!
