The Gîte ‘’La grange de l'étang des Faures‘’ offers 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) with 4 bathrooms, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen (and the possibility of 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 14) if available and subject to supplement). The large swimming pool is secure, fenced and alarmed and is reserved for the gîte from July to August. The terraces with BBQ, breakfast area and private fenced garden complete the outdoor facilities, along with the private gated car park. The space The location of the gite in the heart of the green Perigord in the Dordogne makes it easily accessible from Bordeaux, Angouleme or Perigueux, while being nestled in the quiet countryside. This gite of 10 persons, offers you all the comfort you can expect to spend a pleasant stay in Dordogne and remains close to the main tourist attractions to be discovered in this magnificent region (from 1/4 of an hour (Brantôme, Aubeterre, etc...) to +- 1 1/2 hour (Sarlat, Bergerac, Lascaux, Royan, La Rochelle, etc....). Guest access Our guests benefit from the entire occupation of the gite in a completely private way, from a fenced garden and from a dedicated parking for 6 to 8 vehicles. On request and for an additional fee, the swimming pool can also be privatized for the occupants of the gite during their entire stay, as well as and depending on availability, it is possible to rent one or two additional rooms (2 to 4 people) arranged in two small outbuildings located in the property, on the owners' garden side.
