The location of this property is superb, Bunratty is 2km away, Shannon Airport 3km away , Sixmilbridge 4Km away, an abundance of fantastic restaurants and amenities nearby , 15 mins away from Limerick City and 15 mins drive from Ennis Co Clare Ideal for guests who are working locally that require accommodation, ie) Shannon, Ennis or Limerick . The space The property is a self contained apartment, large open bright living area, new kitchen with electric oven, brand new electric power shower , TV with access to Amazon prime and Netflix, double bedroom, blackout blinds throughout the apartment for upmost privacy . Guest access Guests access the air BnB through the main gates of the house, (green two story , tree lined driveway) and drive up the driveway to the right hand side of the house and the air BnB is straight in-front of you , with parking directly in front of the of the Airbnb . Other things to note This property is located at the side of a family home , however is completely a stand alone separate building , complete with a parking space . There is a private decking area at the side of the Air BnB for guests sole use . We have a 2 family pet dogs, a 7 year old St Bernard who is a big friendly baby , and a 2 year old St Bernard, both are very friendly dogs and will not cause any guest any discomfort. The hosts have 2 bicycles solely for the use of their guests during their stay, however there is no helmets provided so if you would like to go for a cycle , you need to bring a helmet if you wish. Both bicycles are brand new and locks are provided, as both bicycles are very expensive if they are damaged in any way there will be a fee charged for all repairs or replacements.
