Braehead on the Dee, near Ballater, Balmoral

Braehead is situated in the Cairngorms National Park over looking the river Dee 2.5 miles from Ballater, 2 miles to Dinnet and 20 mins drive to Aboyne. The house was recently renovated and is very comfortable and cosy. There is a large living room with log burner, TV and wifi, dining area and kitchen all in one room. Just a few miles from Ballater and all that it has to offer make this your base to explore Royal Deeside. The space Situated in above the river Dee with stunning river views, the House is surrounded by its natural grounds with a stone BBQ and outdoor seating. There is also an outside lockup for bikes, fishing rods or general storage, the lock up has a large outdoor clothes drying cabinet. The house is very comfortable and cosy, a large living room with log burner, TV and wifi, dining area and kitchen all in one room. There are two cookers, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, also ample storage. French doors open out onto a patio with table and seating. A good sized utility room with washer, dryer, pulley and an extra deep freeze and fridge. There is a cot and high chair. Two of the twin rooms, by request, can be made up as Super King Beds. Both large bathrooms have stand alone showers, another shower room downstairs and a separate WC and washbasin between the two upstairs single bedrooms. Guest access The house is out in the country, with its own drive and parking area. there is a front door with access for house guests only. lots of riverside walks from the house. Other things to note We have a Project EV 7kw Type 2 charger at Braehaed for our guests (accessed & paid via Project EV Pro app).
