A gas plancha, outdoor dining room, ping pong table and deckchairs are located in the middle of a fully landscaped and fenced plot. An exit through the garden gives you direct pedestrian access to the green spaces and the garrigue, driving range and 6-hole golf course, tennis, equestrian club, volleyball courts and 4 tracks to engage your petanque games! On the lower ground floor, the poolside living room houses the TV, DVD, and furnished dining room. The kitchen has a full range of Bosch appliances. One bedroom with king-size bed en suite with pool view and separate shower and toilet. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and an office area.
