This extremely well-equipped cottage adjoins a fine Arts & Crafts country house, situated in a coastal location just 250 metres from the shore. Enjoy spectacular sea & sunset views in the most tranquil of woodland settings. The cottage is spacious, comfortable & provides versatile en-suite sleeping options for up to 6 people. An attractive village is just a short walk away, providing amenities including pubs, restaurants, cafes, a local supermarket, post office, pharmacy, butcher etc. The space The property comprises an entrance lobby/hall, a comfortable and spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with views westward to the sea, a good-sized separate and fully-equipped kitchen and three en-suite bedrooms. The style is modern, bright and uncluttered. The bedrooms can be configured either as twin rooms or king size doubles and the contemporary en-suite bathrooms each offer a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. The sitting area has a TV and DVD player. Free and very fast WiFi is also available. All bed linen, towels and luxury toiletries are provided, together with coffee and tea supplied Farrar & Co. Outside, there is safe private parking and and outdoor areas for relaxing and dining. The house rules are few in number but we do ask that they are respected at all times please: - No smoking anywhere in the property or outside - No more than 6 guests are permitted to stay in the property, under any circumstances -Children are welcome but guests should note that they should be supervised at all times in the external areas since there are trip and fall hazards - Pets are not permitted - sorry, we have our own - No parties allowed - All damage must be paid for. An honesty box is provided for minor breakages. - Check in not earlier than 16.00hrs; check out not later than 10.00hrs. Keys are kept in a key-safe and the access code is provided following confirmation of booking/receipt of payment. Guest access Guests have private use of the cottage and a dedicated outdoor dining space, together with access to extensive areas of the wooded grounds. Details are provided on arrival. Other things to note The property is completely self-contained, with it's own door. To reduce contact with the hosts you are able to self check-in using the lockbox.
