The space Our townhouse is located in the "Residence degli Aranci" on the charming Trabocchi Coast where you will always find different and delightful views. Behind us there is a forest that mitigates the evening heat and in front we have numerous pebble/gravel beaches just 200 meters away or even sandy beaches 3 kilometers away. All our beaches are free but a few kilometers away we have the possibility of having beaches equipped with services. Our portion of the house is on the ground floor with use of a private garden and terrace where it is normally pleasant to have breakfast and eat. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, then there is the double bedroom plus another with 2 bunk beds. In the kitchen, there is everything you need to be autonomous. In the house, we always leave our oil (our own production, strictly organic and without any type of treatment) to taste and other delicacies... the washing machine is also available, in the living room there is a TV with satellite decoder, and a bathroom with shower. We do not provide bed linens and towels for the bathroom, but if needed upon request we can provide sheets, pillowcases, towels, shower towel at a surcharge of 10 euros per person per stay to be paid on site. The house has air conditioning. Guest access Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Residence such as a communal swimming pool with lifeguard (the service is active from 06/15 to 09/15) and a reserved parking space within the same. Other things to note We would like to point out some rules to be respected for the good of all: we expect fairness and politeness from guests, also towards the other families present in the Residence, respecting the common rules of coexistence. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the house, mainly out of respect for other guests who will arrive later. And last but not least: guests who want to stay at our property are kindly asked to consider the house as their own, trying to leave things in their place and allowing the next families to enjoy the same things they are benefiting from.
