Utility room on ground floor with sink, shower, toilet and washing machine. We are an ‘ecologically conscious’ property so we value sensitive consumption of resources, especially water. Based on these principals, we have intentionally not installed a conventional swimming pool, although there is a 2 x 2 bathing pool that accommodates up to 4 persons, and is sufficient for a refreshing dip. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and surrounding private land which also connects to the GR “Grande Randonnée” which are public pathways for hiking. Other things to note The 2 km road from the village up to the property alternates between concrete and asphalt that is uneven and bumpy in certain areas. It is accessible to all types of vehicles, but suggest to take the route slowly and with caution to avoid rough patches, especially if driving a low vehicle. The surrounding land is a natural sanctuary and is inhabited by a variety of birds, insects and wildlife such as roe deer, rabbits and wild boar. Horses and goats are grazed within fenced areas on the property periodically throughout the year.
