Private room close to Cabot Circus&City Centre

Well hello there! This lovely room is ready to host you & its just a breath away from Cabot Circus & the City Centre. 15’ walk from the Bus or train station, it is perfectly situated in the city to welcome you & offer you a lovely time. On weekends, we are mostly out cycling or at a coffee shop reading/studying (PhD life is endless for me) but it will be lovely to share our love for the city and insights with anyone who is visiting so come along! *There is a construction site starting Jan 2024* The space There is an off chance you are reading this and we would like to state the obvious: we also live here! So don’t be surprised that we don’t disappear after we do the check-in and show you around the space. The listing is for a room in a two bed flat, one for our guests and one for the hosts. You will have a double bed yourself, sheets, pillows and towels. There is NO tv in the room, that is only in the shared living room space. It is a shared kitchen living room space as you can see from the pictures. What has changed from 2021 that these were taken and now is the sofa, the desk and an addition of x4 bikes! We try to cycle often, weekend warriors during winter and 3-4 times a week during the summer. Bikes are always clean when we have them upstairs. We leave our commuting bikes in the shed and if you are also travelling by bike there is enough space to put yours too. Shampoos and shower gel are also provided. You have your own bathroom which separate from the room so there is no queue for morning showers as we have our own en-suite. As for kitchen appliances, there is some grounded coffee for a v60 and tea are available for use, a precious panini press that can melt your cheese and heart in a minute or just warm up the bread for a less carb-loaded breakfast. The microwave is free to use as well if you wish to buy your own food to warm it up. Guest access We are old-fashioned and do the check in ourselves so closer to your arrival we would get in touch to pin down an arrival time. Simply buzz zzzz z z z 45 when you are here so we can let you in. Once in, go straight and pass to set of doors and you will instantly see the list on your right. Then up to the 3rd floor and on your left-left. It is a weird maze to figure out the numbering for the flats the fist time! You will have your own room and bathroom. Kitchen is also shared and you can help yourself with coffee or tea and basics for breakfast as in oats, muesli, granola or toast some bread. The living room is shared so feel free to rest and watch some TV if you like. Netflix and Disney+ are already logged in so there are some good options there. During your stay You can catch us early in the morning as we are early birds started our day with some morning exercise. Weekdays we are out during the day and mostly in for the evening unless there is a good movie to catch at Showcase cinema. Always feel free to drop a text on our mobile if you have any questions or you want any advice as to where you should have a meal and treat yourselves after a long stroll in the City. Things to be aware: we talk a lot!:) Other things to note We like to take care of our home, as minimalistic as it is, and we suggest our guest to leave their shoes at the entrance to keep the carpets clean and tidy - thank you for understanding our tiny little snipped of ocd!:) *Again, to emphasise that there is a construction site next to us starting from Jan 2024 until further notice*
