Entire first floor of antique countryhouse Il Cerretino, 3 spacious Panoramic double rooms with 2 bathroom. Free wifi, breakfast, linen and towes included. Ideal for a family of 4-6 people or 2-3 couples. Each rooms have a private door. One bathroom is in between the 2 rooms. The other bath next the third room. Downstairs there is a big kitchen with fireplace, shared only with me (I live downstairs in a separate area). You will be the ONLY GUESTS of the house! Free access to panoramic garden with BARBECUE AREA, free access to SWIMMING POOL: it is shared only with the guests of a little countryhouse I rent in the park. Beautiful garden with a big vairty of plants and flowers, possibility to taste fruit and vegetables. Olive oil own production Guest access all the park of the property with barbecue area and swimming pool. Free access to hobby area with italian POOL!! Other things to note The house is in the middle of nature, so the best way to move in the zone is by car. There is less than 1,5 km of unpaved road.
