A lovely bright, cosy one bedroomed house with a secure garage in a quiet cul-de-sac within a peaceful seaside village. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a woodland pathway which can be accessed from beside the house. 2 minutes from the bus stops for Edinburgh or North Berwick and a 15 minute walk through the village/2 minutes in the car to reach the train station. Garage can store motorbikes/pedal bikes, golf clubs, windsurfing boards next to the house with a driveway for parking the car. Guest access Guests have the use of the whole house and the garage. There is a small garden to the front of the house which gets the sun all day. There are garden chairs in the garage that can be used for sitting outside. Other things to note If you wish for me to make up a food package/essentials at an additional fee so you have everything you need upon your arrival, please just let me know what you would like and I can get it sorted for you. The garden to the back of the house, passed the green fence is the neighbours garden and should not be entered.
