My accommodation is in open countryside with beautiful panoramic views , thirty minutes from Volterra and San Gimignano. Available renovated rooms in respect of the original materials and confortable furnishings. Local food is served at our social guests table. A large pool, tennis and family activities: horseriding, cooking course, tasting of our products honey oliveoil and cosmetics. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers , Families (with children), groups and pets. The space The farmhouse was the ancient country house of the castle, on a hill overlooking the valley, the original parts where the stone walls and ceilings were kept or rediscovered. Rooms on the first floor conserved the beautiful ceilings and original historical cotto floors, are equipped with a small toilet with sink wc shower,hairdryer, a minifridge, fan and airconditioning, wi fi access. groundfloor accomodation have a private entrance with pergola and space outside with table and chairs, no airconditiong. Some are equipped with a kitchenette Guest access The house has a beautiful area of 100 hectares available to green lovers, with hiking trails to reach our horses, searching for fossil shells or to the medioeval castle. There is a large swimming pool open from 20.05 to 30.09, tennis. In front of the villa a pergola and lots of space, tables, children's playground, rocking chair, a veranda with TV and tablesoccer, all free. During your stay Umberta and Franco live in the farm and are welcoming you, happy to share experiences and a glass of wine or an herbal infusion!!
