Tuscan holiday oasis with pool and lovely views

The house is originally an olive oil press (Frantoia), which has been restored to two apartments + an annex. The house has a typical Italian rustic feel. There are bathrooms in all three units. The apartments have all the amenities. There is a large courtyard with the possibility of parking for up to three cars. The area is fenced with an electric gate. There is a big garden with a pool. The pool is new in 2025. The house is located in a quiet little village, typical of Tuscany. The space There is a beautiful view where the sunset every night is absolutely magical. There are several seating areas on the property, so you can always choose the most comfortable spot. The place is very flexible if you are traveling with two or three families together. You can choose to find a spot on the property in peace and quiet, or you can sit many together. It is only 20 minutes to the Mediterranean beach. Guest access You will have access to all rooms on the property. You have the whole place to yourself. Other things to note There is a requirement for adults to rent.
