Whether you're looking for a break away from the chaos, good local food, or just a comfortable stop to rest during a long trip, here you'll find a warm, familiar, and authentic atmosphere! You will be the only guests in the house and will have two dedicated bedrooms and a bathroom for your exclusive use. Common spaces shared with my mother, who is ready to welcome you with the warmth of home, maximum discretion, and total independence. An ideal green oasis for disconnecting The space The house is on two levels: an open-plan kitchen and living room on the lower level, which may be shared with family and friends if they are present in the house. Upstairs are the bedrooms with a private bathroom in front of the rooms. The heating is centralized and is on at scheduled times during the winter months. No air conditioner; we provide one fan per room. The house is very welcoming, full of objects and details that make it unique. The rooms are spacious and very bright, and the master bedroom has a balcony. There are books available for guests to read during their stay. In the bathroom you will find everything you need for your stay (shampoo, body soap, creams, hairdryer). In addition, an additional sanitizing kit is available for guests (detergents, gel, sanitizing wipes). Parking included and motorcycle garage. Guest access Guests can use the shared outdoor areas, such as the beautiful garden with a hammock, a swing, a barbecue, and deckchairs, to fully enjoy their stay. The garden may be shared with the guests – if any – of the apartment (another listing) on the first floor of the house. Other things to note You will have two bedrooms and the bathroom is in front of the rooms and is equipped with a shower and bathtub. You'll also find shampoo, soap, and creams as well as bath linens.
