Cozy house surrounded by greenery. Perfect to spend a few days surrounded by nature, animals and good food or just to rejuvenate from a long trip. You will have two rooms at your disposal and you will be the only guests present. The common areas are to be shared with my mother who lives in the house, ready to welcome you with all her hospitality but always with the utmost confidentiality and total independence. Family and private place at the same time! The space The house is on two floors: kitchen and open space living room on the lower floor that could be shared with family and friends if present in the house. Upstairs are the rooms with the bathroom reserved for guests. The heating is centralized and turns on at intermittent times. No air conditioning, we provide fans. The house is very welcoming, full of objects and details that make it unique. The rooms are spacious and very bright. There are books available for guests to read during their stay. In the bathroom, you will find everything you need for your stay (shampoo, shower gel, creams, hairdryer). In addition, additional sanitizing kits are available for guests (detergents, gel, sanitizing wipes). Parking included and garage for motorcycles. Guest access Guests can enjoy the common outdoor spaces such as the beautiful garden with hammock, rocking chair, barbecue and lounge chairs to fully enjoy the living room. The garden may be shared with guests (if present) of the apartment on the ground floor of the house. During your stay Throughout your stay, you can communicate with my mother if she's in the house or via WhatsApp, email, phone 3477165397, for any reason. Other things to note You will have two bedrooms and the bathroom is located in front of the rooms and is equipped with a shower and bathtub. You will also find shampoo, soaps and creams as well as bath linens. Parking and garage for motorcycles included. Air conditioning not present.
