Dog Friendly Beech has far reaching views over stunning wild flower meadows. Part of The Woodland Collection it's set in 36 acres with a licenced Bistro and TWO fenced dog parks. Just 10 minutes drive to lots of beaches including the pretty coastal town of Marazion with its dog friendly boutiques, pubs and cafes and St Michael's Mount. Close to St Ives, Porthleven, Penzance, The Lizard, Lands End, it's stylishly finished with smart tv’s, a chef's kitchen, and games room and yoga suite from June The space The newly built cottages sit in the beautiful Cornish countryside overlooking our wild flower meadows and woods, with access to walk around the cut pathways through the 36 acres of wild flowers and fairy woods and two secure dog parks for off the lead fun if you are bringing your pets. The dog agility park has its own booking system for exclusive use and can be booked through The Woodland Collection website. Each cottage has its own enclosed landscaped garden with a warm outdoor shower to wash off surf boards, with outside dining furniture and a BBQ. The garden faces the setting sun and is perfect for evenings sat out with your family or friends enjoying the amazing sun sets that we get here or star gazing. There are two recliners for sunbathing as well. The inside is accessed through wide patio doors from the level garden, and the downstairs area is all open plan but sectioned into a dining area, chef's kitchen and lounge area with smart tv and contemporary letterbox fireplace. With the flick of a switch, you can enjoy the mesmerising flame without the heat and safety concern of a real fire if you have children and pets around. The Sofas are leather so they are comfy and easy to keep clean and hygienic and we have underfloor heating to make sure that even in Winter, it's nice and cosy here. We have lots of families who stay as we have good facilities including high chairs, cots, stair gates, dog crates and bowls to borrow, and lots of games for guests use and we are close to lots of attractions like Paradise Park in Hayle, Flambards in Helston, St Michaels Mount, The Minack Theatre, Land Ends, The Lizard Peninsular, The Tate Gallery at St Ives and just 10 minutes drive to lots of beaches including Hayle, Marazion, Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands. There is a downstairs bathroom/utility room with a washing machine and clothes airer and a washing line outside to dry clothes. There are three bedrooms upstairs; ALL bedrooms have their own bathroom with a large walk in raindrop shower, heated towel rails, underfloor heating and Smart TV. 2 Bath Towels and 1 hand towel are provided per bathroom. The first bedroom has a top quality king-sized Hypnos bed to ensure you have a comfy nights sleep. There is a hanging rail and area to put your suit case behind the door. The views are far reaching over flower fields and the National Trust's Godolphin Estate. The second bedroom has a top quality Hypnos double bed and a Juliette Balcony with far reaching views over our wild flower meadows. The third bedroom has adult sized top quality bunk beds and hanging space under the smart TV. We have made use of space in the bedrooms by putting in a bathroom for each one, which means that space in the sleeping area is smaller. We provide top quality crisp white cotton bedlinen. There is a new games room and yoga suite on site too from end of June 2024 onwards with pool, table tennis, arcade games and table football. Guest access entire Other things to note There is plenty of free off road parking by the cottages and next to each of the cottage garden gates so its only a short level walk to the back door. Supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda all deliver shopping here if you order it in advance with them.
