I have recently received one low score due to a guest coming from a warmer climate to the uk during winter wearing shorts and a vest and demanded the full central heating system on it was only 12degrees ....this is not something i would be willing to do .i advise guest to wear suitable clothing to suit different seasons and apply common sense . She also knocked the shower as it didnt have jets .....this was upsetting for me .i am a budget stay and my place has everything one could need for the price and the location is fantastic.please ignore her poor outrageous review and scroll through the honest ones.
