La Fermette in the heart of nature in the heart of Alsace

At the edge of the forest and bordered by meadows, a 19th century pink sandstone outbuilding opens its doors to you. Located between Strasbourg and Colmar, the Fermette will be your cozy nest and the perfect base for a stay in the heart of nature to discover Alsace. Exposed beams, cut stones and country furniture mark the authentic atmosphere of this old farm combining the charm of yesteryear and the great comfort of today. The space Located away from the village (800 m of forest track), your stay at the "fermet" will immerse you in a world of greenery. You bathe in the song of birds, the flow of the fountain, and forgotten scents. Hiking trails are at your doorstep. Bright and open, the ground floor includes the kitchen, living room and dining area. The wood-burning stove will be the witness of your sweet evenings. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. As is tradition in Alsace, the Fermette is decorated to the rhythm of the seasons. Easter, summer, autumn, each period has its atmosphere. During the Advent period leading up to Christmas, the Fermette is carefully decorated. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue will allow you to enjoy the nature around you. Children will find forest and meadow as a playground. Not forgetting the swings, the slide and of course the fountain... Our donkeys and ponies in the surrounding meadows can be your hiking companions and ridden by your children (3 to 10 years old). Maps, topo, guides await you on site, but I will be sure to advise you. Guest access The Farmhouse is located away from the village, via a 800 m forest track. Passable for any vehicle and cleared of snow in winter. Within a radius of 15 km, the Wine Route, the Alsatian historical, gastronomic and cultural highlights await you for hectic days. On the practical side, you will enjoy an excellent bakery in the village and all the small shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes away in the village of Villé. On this property, the neighboring farmhouse houses a gite for 8 people. Other things to note You enjoy a detached house with terrace and unfenced garden - you are the only tenants. On this property of 50 ares, a second independent cottage has been set up. Their terraces and parking lots are private and opposite. Your privacy and peace of mind are preserved.
