Victorian Cottage close to town and Goodwood

We have a two bedroom character cottage with pretty garden and off road parking in front of the property for one car. It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Chichester and less than 2.5 miles to Goodwood motor racing circuit, Rolls Royce and Weald & Downland Living Museum where “Repair Shop” is filmed. The Chichester Festival Theatre is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive and showcases shows before London so worth a look at the programme during your stay. The space It is a Victorian character cottage in the Conservation area of Chichester. Downstairs there is a separate lounge with tv including Netflix, hifi and log burner. The kitchen/dining room also has a log burner and is fully equipped with oven, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher and lots of useful utensils so you can cook if you wish to do so. A cool bag and ice blocks are also provided. There is also a small utility room with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and one double bed, both with wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Both bedrooms share the family bathroom which has been totally refurbished and has a separate shower and roll top bath. There is a lovely walled garden to relax in after a busy day. There is a small barbecue provided in the outhouse. There is a parking space for one medium sized car at the front of the property and on road parking is also available nearby. There is undercover storage for bikes at the side of the cottage. We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe . Cleanliness has always been a priority but is even more critical at this time so be assured we are cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote etc) before you check in. For guests convenience we offer self check-in with a lock-box. We have a strict no animal policy - sorry. We pride ourselves on providing a 5 star service to our guests. We hope you will be pleased with your accommodation but if there is anything not to your full satisfaction, no matter how small, please contact us and we will be happy to help. We do NOT charge a cleaning fee so would appreciate the cottage left in a reasonable order. Long term lets considered at reduced cost - contact us for details. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and the cottage has its own pretty enclosed garden. Other things to note It is a Victorian character cottage so does have steeper stairs than usual modern houses. There are cushions provided for the outdoor seating and a small barbecue.
