Riverside house in Rye Harbour village

The house is an end of terrace 'upside down' house with 2 double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom on the ground floor and a spacious open plan living room/ kitchen with wonderful views of the estuary and harbour on the first floor. The space The house has oak floors except for the 2 double bedrooms which are carpeted. The third bedroom has a single bed and also has a door on to the garden. There is a wood burner in the sitting room which has french windows and a balcony and looks out over the estuary. There is a spiral staircase leading from the balcony to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table can seat 6-8 people. The bathroom has a shower and bath and there is an additional toilet with a washbasin on the ground floor. The garden is lawn and shrubs and there is a large table and chairs seating 6 people. There is also a patio with a small table and chairs, a barbecue and a large chiminea. The back gate leads straight to the estuary path down to the harbour Guest access Guests can access the whole house and garden Other things to note The house is not equipped for babies and toddlers.
