The space Our Guesthouse is designed as a fully private and modern retreat. This spacious, 780 sq. ft. loft is completely detached from the main house, ensuring your absolute privacy and quiet throughout your stay. Rooms and Spaces Layout Ground Floor: This level features the main, open-concept living space. Here you will find the comfortable living room area combined with the full, modern kitchen, making it perfect for socializing and cooking. This area also includes a large screen TV for entertainment. The full bathroom and the in-unit washer/dryer are also conveniently located on this floor. Loft Level (Second Floor): The cozy queen bedroom is situated in the upstairs loft area. This unique placement gives the space an airy, two-story apartment feel, offering a distinct separation between your sleeping area and the main living space below. The loft also features a second TV for convenient viewing in bed. We've included every key convenience, including our highly-valued secure, gated parking just steps from your private entrance. This space is perfectly suited for a solo traveler, a couple, or two friends looking for a stylish and functional home base that blends residential comfort with easy access to all of Las Vegas’s major attractions. Guest access Private Access & Security The guesthouse (casita) is fully detached and yours alone. You will enter via a secluded, private drive that leads directly to your dedicated, secure spot within our gated parking area. You have a private, coded entrance, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience throughout your stay. Outdoor Relaxation We welcome you to enjoy our pleasant backyard area during your stay. This shared space is the perfect spot for: • Morning Coffee: A dedicated table and chairs are set up for you to relax outside. • Designated Smoking Area: A specific area is provided for guests who smoke. Please treat this space as your peaceful extension of the guesthouse! Other things to note To ensure a smooth, secure, and private stay for all our guests, please note the following key rules and details: 1. Booking Policy: For security purposes, the person who made the reservation must be present throughout the stay. We do not allow bookings made on behalf of other parties. 2. Parking Limit: Due to the constraints of the gated area, parking is designated for one standard-sized vehicle only to ensure comfortable and easy access. While the space can physically accommodate two very small cars, we strongly recommend and restrict usage to a single vehicle for a stress-free stay. We cannot accommodate large or additional vehicles. 3. Privacy & Access: Please remember that the guesthouse is fully detached and is not accessible through the main house.
