The hiking trails and the ski slope from the Hochwurzen go directly to the house. No car is needed for the journey. If necessary, the bus stop can be reached in a few minutes. The space The apartment by the pond is located on the garden floor of the country house Lisa and is a 75 sqm apartment consisting of a living room/kitchen, a large and small bedroom, anteroom bathroom and toilet. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, in the large bedroom you can relax on the sofa, the stone pine paneling in the small bedroom gives it a special flair. The large terrace with dining table and BBQ offers plenty of space for dining and leads into the quiet garden with lawn by the pond. There are 2 deck chairs available for relaxing. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment by the pond is the only apartment on the garden floor. You can also bring your dog. The apartment can be reached outside via the garden and the main entrance with stairs. Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. For summer vacationers, the Schladming Tauern are a paradise of hiking trails and climbing opportunities. In the immediate vicinity there are several adventure or climbing parks, swimming lakes, the "Therme Amade" and summer toboggan runs as well as mountain go-kart slopes.
