The B&B is part of a cozy, recently renovated 400-square-meter house, where our family will welcome you with warmth, comfort, and all the necessary information. You can enjoy colorful sunsets, play in the garden, ride and visit the historic Corti Estensi. The most spacious room, ideal for families or friends, is exposed to the midday sun and boasts a centuries-old cherry parquet, solid wood cabinets, a desk and four chairs. The space "Il Frattiero B&B" is a haven of tranquility surrounded by nature, where guests can enjoy the pleasant sensations offered by the surrounding environment. Here, you can meet wild animals, breathe the scent of the earth and plants, and admire the colors of the seasons. This farmhouse, part of an ancient farm dating back to the early nineteenth century, has been completely renovated to welcome visitors and share its beauty. The property is located along Via Giotto, a historic street that became a driveway thanks to the interventions of the Austrians and subsequently made public. A portion of the farmhouse has been used for tourist accommodation, with unique rooms that offer a memorable experience. The Monet room, inaugurated in 2007, owes its name to the print above the double bed, while the Burano, the last room created, overlooks the fields cultivated with seeds and takes its name from a painting on a wooden altarpiece depicting the well-known Venetian place. Both rooms offer an enchanting view and an atmosphere that reflects the history and beauty of "Il Frattiero B&B". Guest access There are large common areas that include a parking lot inside the courtyard and a 6000-square-meter garden with some games for children. There is a small house for storing sports equipment and bicycles, as well as a workshop for small repairs. Guests can enjoy a cozy lobby, a breakfast room with tables to eat any meals, and a fridge available. In addition, a kettle, microwave and dishes are available for a comfortable stay. During your stay We leave guests with great independence for an intimate and carefree vacation. We will welcome you at check-in, explaining what rules to follow and providing information on itineraries and places to see. We offer booking methods for trips and excursions, including horseback riding or cycling, with dedicated routes. We provide maps and guides to those who request them. We are happy to recommend restaurants, trattorias or pizzerias, adapting to personal tastes, whether traditional or international cuisine, meat or fish. If you prefer, we will make the reservation for you. We invite you to ask, so we can make your stay better. Other things to note Breakfast is Italian or international; on request we provide any type of breakfast, Northern European, American, Asian, and we are always ready for the special needs of celiacs, vegetarians, vegans, etc... There is a wide choice of coffee, tea, milk, barley, decaffeinated, fruit juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, Ferrara bread, various snacks, and numerous other typical local and international foods, in addition to the grandmother's cakes... indeed the owner's daughter.
