We welcome you to our family home, spacious, very well equipped, single story, allowing everyone to have their independence. It is located on the coastal road, 300 m from the sea through the dunes (the sea at this level is only accessible on foot). This very wild part will allow you to indulge in the joy of fishing on foot in the rocks at low tide, and the little ones can paddle in the small, very warm natural pools. The sandy beach is monitored in season, with swimming possible at low tide ("the vineyard sands") is 1 km away. Other beaches with parking are close, from 1 to 2 km (Les Placelles, Les Bonnes...). You can get around by bike, a bike path passes in front of the house, both to go to the beach and to the market (Domino is 1.5 km away). Bike rental in Domino. In the house you will find: - Living room, with TV (box with WiFi) and books, board games, for adults and children. - Dining area and US kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerators including one with a freezer space, glass-ceramic stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (filter and espresso), blenders, etc. The dishes and cooking utensils are in sufficient quantity for all of you. - Bathroom with shower and double sink - Separate toilet - Additional toilet in the outbuilding - Outdoor shower - Washing machine and sink in the outbuilding. This one will also allow you to store your equipment (bicycles, fishing, surfing, swimming...) - 4 bedrooms, with double beds (3 beds of 140/190 cm and 1 bed of 160/200 cm); One of them also has a single bed (convertible sofa bed 0.76/175 cm) for children only. For each bed, there are blankets/duvets, pillows) in very good condition. For little ones, we also provide 1 baby bed (umbrella type), a high chair, a booster seat, a potty, a bathtub, a table and chairs to play, eat outside... Bed linen is not provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers are to be brought by guests as well as towels and tea towels). However, if you wish, we can provide you, on request, with the contact details of a linen and towel rental service. This additional service will be paid directly to the lessor. The house should be returned clean and tidy at check-out. Otherwise, we will apply a cleaning fee of 150 euros to be paid in addition (check preferably) left at the entrance and returned at the time of the departure inventory if the house is left clean and tidy.
